The Foundation Coaching Package is built for individuals who want clear direction, structure, and a proven path forward. Based on your initial consultation, you'll be enrolled in one of our training programs that's tailored to your current fitness level, goals, and schedule — giving you the confidence to train with purpose. This package focuses on developing the essential habits that drives progress with 4x/week client specific workouts. Monthly automated check-ins will be reviewed by your assigned coach, allowing for adjustments as needed to keep you moving forward. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations by the Client Notice Period: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund (if prior payment has been obtained). Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a 25% cancellation charge. No-Shows: If the client does not attend or utilize the booking without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a booking once at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within the late cancellation window may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25%. 3. Cancellations by Resilience Through Fitness Inc. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. 4. Refund Processing Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. 5. Exceptions Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable; these terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
