First Responders Ruck - Kenora Ontario
Join RTF Coach JT for our 1st Annual First Responders Ruck on October 11th. Starting at 1100hrs (CST), JT will lead participants through the entire length of the Bison Trails and out to the Lookout Trail. Total distance is expected to be at 8km. Everyone is welcome to this great event!

About the event
No experience is necessary, but be prepared for a challenging and rugged terrain hike through Waa'say' Gaa Boo.
Come out with JT and other likeminded individuals to enjoy fantastic outdoor fitness!
